JOB DESCRIPTION» Membantu Manajer Cabang dalam menyusun rencana dan anggaran bidang administrasi dan keuangan Cabang.» Mengkoordinasikan, melaksanakan dan mengontrol penerimaan Faktur dari bagian Logistik. » Mengkoordinasikan dan melakukan kegiatan adminsitrasi transaksi. » Analisa dan monitoring transaksi biaya operasional dan penjualan. » Mengkoordinasikan, memonitor dan memastikan kegiatan collection berjalan baik. » Penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana operasional. » Pembelian dan penjualan aktiva. » Mengkoordinasikan dan melakukan kegiatan administrasi SDM. » Melakukan meeting koordinasi dengan Tim Sales & Logistik untuk memperlancar operasional cabang. » Mengkoordinasikan dan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu. » Melakukan pembinaan, pelaporan dan tugas lainnya. Kualifikasi Jabatan: » Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 Akuntansi. » Diutamakan berpengalaman minimal 4 tahun atau lebih di bidang yang sama di Perusahaan Farmasi. » Mahir mengoperasikan komputer, minimal Ms. Office. » Menyukai pekerjaan administrasi. » Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline. » Bersedia bekerja di hari Senin-Jumat (08.00-16.00) dan Sabtu (08.00-13.00) » Bersedia bekerja di hari libur jika dibutuhkan. » Bersedia di tempatkan di PT Merapi Utama Pharma Kantor Cabang Bandung. » Dapat bergabung segera.
