JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities:
   » Develop and maintain good working climate within organization.
   » Prepare, develop, and implement health education and promotion program related to mental wellbeing.
   » Collaborate with medical services staff, internal staff, and stakeholders to deliver mental health education.
   » Deliver the health education and promotion program related to mental health.
   » Conduct group or individual Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
   » Provide data and information for monitoring, evaluating and reporting of the mental health program
   » Provide timely regular reports related to mental health program.
Appropriate qualifications:
   » Master degree with Clinical Psychologist graduated.
   » Registered as Clinical Psychologist at Indonesia Psychologist Profession Association (HIMPSI).
   » Having a valid license of psychological practice (SIPP).
   » Mastering Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for psychotherapy intervention (preferably having CBT certification).
   »At least 2 (two) years working practice as clinical psychologist (preferably having practice in a company as Counselor).
   » Having communication and interpersonal skill to deal with people in distress.
   » Sensitive to and respectful of culture differences include local cultural.
   » Skill in designing and delivering training, including seminar, workshop, etc.
   » Required Required languages Oral and written skill both English (basic) and Bahasa (advanced).
   »Willing to be placed in Papua.
