In this job, you will be responsible for all product-related functions. About the Product Manager (Communication) function: Reporting to the Head of Product you will act as an individual contributor. Key Job responsibilities: » As part of the Communications Product team, your goal will be to supervise and govern all online and offline communications channels, taking into account relicapability, efficiency and cost effectiveness » Collaborate with other Product Managers including other support functions, e.g. marketing, CRM to explore communications use case and ensuring high valuable ones can be supported via the current communication tech stack » Work closely with the Engineering team to design, build and maintain scalable micro- services that will be consumed by other internal teams for sending out communications via many different channels » Create an effective solutions that are valuable (customers choose to buy or use), viable (the solution works within the many constraints of the business), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (engineers have the skills and technology to implement) » Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how customers engage with our products » Understand about industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to their product » Influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic » Break down high level vision and strategy into small deliverables that are valuable » Be part of this new structure within the product team by being an innovative and ambitious person To succeed in this Product Manager (Communication) function you must possess a keen knowledge of product development. Key Requirements: » At least three years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager or software engineer » Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with modern Engineering concepts such as APIs, system integrations and service scalcapability and resiliency » Deep knowledge about the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery » capability to lgain and engage with multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing » capability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative » Someone who is smart, creative, persistent, good communicator and have demonstrated leadership abilities The prosperous Product Manager will join a company whose skills has made them the leader in their field.
