Our respected and ambitious client is seeking a branch management professional of the highest standing and integrity for the job of Branch Manager. The job is located in Palembang. South Sumatra, Indonesia.
 
Job summary
 
The Branch Manager will lead and manage all branch activities, and is responsible for the prosperous operation of the business, including business development, increasing sales, market share and profits, administering the business and building a high quality and motived staff. This is the perfect job opening for an emerging executive who wishes to build a rich and compensateing career with an expanding company in a growing industry. Key job responsibilities will include:
 
   » Manage all operational aspects of branch operations, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, sales and administrations
   » Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
   » Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
   » Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
   » Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
   » Bring out the best of the branch personnel by providing training, coaching, mentoring, development and motivation
   » Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
 
Job Requirements
 
   » Degree in significant background from reputable university preferred
   » At least 4 years of practice as branch manager, preferably with respected multinational or national company
   » A minimum of 3 years management skills
   » Superior sales skills and expertise
   » Excellent negotiation skills
   » Analytical minded
   » Strong presentation skills
   » A quick learner who can adapt quickly
   » A natural-born leader
   » Can work well independently
   » Capabilities in building and enhancing staff capabilities
   » High honest and integrity
   » Aged between 29- 37 years preferred
   » Fluent English, both written and spoken
   » Mandarin language a strong positive
