JOB DESCRIPTIONJob PurposeProvide legal support to related units through legal review for the purpose of loan booking or to ensure the required legal credit documentation completion to support the credit approval. Support the legal binding process by executing the task responsibilities by ensuring good quality of work and accuracy Maintain relationship with internal/external customer with high integrity, respect and professionalism. Job Description » Conduct legal due diligence of borrowers and guarantors’ documents, including to check borrowers’ article of association, personal identities as well as securities collateral documents. » Prepare any loan agreement and amendment (for back to back loan and onderhand agreement), letters, collateral agreement and other legal document required for loan’s signing. » contact with the Notary, Legal & Asset Department, and/or Legal Consultant in preparing and executing loan facility agreements and amendment of loan agreement (for non back to back loan) as well as arranging signing ceremony » Provide review of borrowers’ article of associations » contact with notary in processing of extension of land certificates which are mortgaged as collateral Qualifications » Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law » Have 4+ years of overall practice as Legal Credit or Credit Documentation » Good expertise in Legal Banking & Credit Documentation » Good expertise of Company Law & Legal Binding Process » Fluent in English speaking & written WORK LOCATION View larger map / directions View larger mapAddressJl.
