About the Supply Planning Manager (Chemical Manufacturing) function: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Planning Manager be accountable for managing regional supply planning team and facilitate the supply planning process through cross-functional interactions. Key Job responsibilities: » Lead the planning team to drive continuous improvement of the supply planning process and manage Performance Planning and Development (PP&D) » Lead the Supply Review Meeting as part of the S&OP process » Represent Supply Planning at the Demand Review Meeting as part of the S&OP process » Manage the supply/demand balance in collaboration with the Demand Planning Manager, when there is abnormal demand, when supply issues arise and when customer requirements are truly outside the capcapability of the supply chain to deliver » Drive improvement of supply assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify deviations and issues for the long term planning and MPS processes » Monitor the supply plan performance (MPS practiccapability, schedule adherence) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels and work with planners to improve As you will be leading regional supply planning team and facilitate the supply planning process through cross-functional interactions, you must possess outstanding communication, coordination, and leadership abilities expertise. Key Requirements: » Bachelor's degree with seven years of practice in supply chain, with significant practice in planning, logistics and/or manufacturing » High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access to design and execute complex queries and reporting » Proficiency in SAP, specifically Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules » Previous project management practice, including Lean Six Sigma and/or Green Belt certification (preferable) » Strong written and verbal communication expertise » Effective at building relationships and utilising problem-solving expertise to drive decisions and build consensus amongst stakeholders This global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services business has an outstanding international reputation.
