JOB DESCRIPTION

   » The timely analysis of work volume and the effective administration of everyday workflow to achieve service level and processing objectives
   » Manage long-term forecast / staff plan and lead monthly staff plan Job Requirement :
   » Minimum 1 Year of practice as WFM Team Leader / manager
   » Has practice with workforce management concepts and theory in a contact center environment
   » Able to make forecasts & schedules on contact center
   » expertise of WFM Tools (NICE WFM/Verint/Aspect).
   » Management, Real-time Adherence and Performance Tracking) 
   » Has advanced Excel Skill 
   »Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
   »Willing to be Placed in Yogyakarta
