JOB DESCRIPTIONTugas dan Tanggung Jawab :» Melakukan kunjungan kebun terkait teknis agronomi dan HPT. » Memberikan rekomendasi dan evaluasi rekomendasi setelah perbaikan. » Melakukan penelitian terapan di bidang agronomi & HPT. » Menerapkan pengelolaan hama terpadu. » Menyusun laporan kunjungan lapangan. Kualifikasi : » Pendidikan minimal S1 Pertanian / Agronomi / HPT / Biologi, usia maksimal 30 tahun. » Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staf Riset Agronomi / HPT pada perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. » Mampu mengidentifikasi gejala defisiensi hara pada tumbuhan kelapa sawit. » Menguasai aplikasi pengendalian HPT pada tumbuhan kelapa sawit serta terbiasa melakukan penelitian agronomi & HPT. » Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi perkebunan Perusahaan dan penempatan pada wilayah operasional Perusahaan sekitar Kalimantan Tengah.
