JOB DESCRIPTIONIdentification, implementation and monitoring of changes and innovations that will contribute to the delivery of improved services.Job Responsibilities » Measure performance and prioritize losses: Resources Utilization, Bottlenecks, Transformation Cost, Production Variances, Delivery and Productivity. » Improve cost effectiveness » Challenge the deployment of the Comapany Management Standard Lean » Support the problem solving using proper methodologies » Directly manage specific improvements project » Frequently review the operational standards: waste, rework, over usage, labor, routings, nominal speeds, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) » Support the problem solving using proper methodologies. » Monitoring & control the progress of continuous improvements project. » Monitoring, control & reported of Implement of Industrial Excellent program to Region Level of Vallourec Group. » Monitoring & reported of Implement of Management System Process to Region Level of Vallourec Group. » Monitoring, control & report of Six Sigma activities to Region Level of Vallourec Group. Requirement » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industria Engineering or equivalent. » At least 10 year(s) of working practice in manufacturing, especially in OCTG Company, project management, and industrial performance management » Preferably Manager / adjunct Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. » Functional expertise of lean manufacturing principles » Previous practice of controlling including strategic plan construction » Good expertise of capex management rules » Good expertise of OCTG products and processes » Having good written and verbal English communication expertise » Advance in spreadsheet/ Microsoft Excel » Strong analytical expertise and problem solving abilities » candidates must be willing to work in Batam.
