JOB DESCRIPTIONListing description» Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Medical Science, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent. » At least 15 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations, Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent. » Maintain the operational facility in the highest level of GMP compliance per FDA, and customer expectations. » Responsible for participating and representing all manufacturing operations in client audits as appropriate. » Develop quality and business metrics for assessing productivity/ profitcapability of manufacturing. » Develop and manage the budget requirements for each fiscal year. » Develop and lead a culture of learning, respect, and employee growth. Establish the department's strategic vision and mentor the manufacturing ops team towards goal achievement. » Responsible for the outgoing quality, safety and efficacy of all finished product, compliance with all applicable specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, FDA regulations (GMP’s) and New Drug Applications. Job Requirements: » Requires minimum Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline with 15+ years’ significant practice in Pharmaceutical Operations with ten (10) years of this being in a managerial position. An MBA or graduate-level management degree would be a plus. » Significant practice with Oral Solid Dose manufacturing and production process and equipment. » practice in deviation and technical investigations and managing teams is necessary. » practice in supply chain leadership abilities is preferred. practice in logistics/planning of clinical manufacturing operations is preferred.
