As a Copywriter, you will be working with our Finance Account to deliver new content in the new structure of the Production team. The translator/copywriter will not only be translating but also creating content from scratch for SM posts, campaigns and other contents across all our platforms. He/she will also be supporting other departments in translations. You are also required to execute these job functions: » Drafting creative content that aligns with the company’s overall brand identity and strategy. » Creating content that optimizes brand retention and up-sell across direct marketing, digital marketing, and sales materials, etc. » Producing high quality localized content on the website, mobile apps and other platforms that meets applicable standard and is appropriate for its intended audience and their culture. » Translating content from English to Vietnamese when needed. » Ensuring all content is up to date across all platforms and channels mentioned above. » Maintaining and updating glossaries and translation guidelines. » Testing the created or translated content on products. » Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in Linguistics/Journalism/Mass Communications or equivalent qualification in related field. » At least 2 years of working practice in the related field is required. » Previous practice with UI copywriting and SEO. » High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (writing and speaking). » Familiarity with CMS and CAT tools is an advantage. » practice in Forex or in related industries is a huge plus. » Able to deliver within tight deadlines, highly motivated and well organized. » Excellent attention to detail.
