Reporting into the Head of Product, the Product Designer/ UX Designer would help set vision for the user practice and act as a strong advocate for the customer through creatively covering customer pain points and friction to drive customer growth and retention. About the Product Designer/ UX Designer function: » Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to supervise the user practice from ideation to launch and further optimization » Incorporating user research and human-centered design principles into design solutions » Deeply knowledge business metrics and demonstrate capability to translate strategic objectives and company vision into intuitive digital practices » Proficient at supporting and validating your work through analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data » Balancing customer practice and business impact with speed and quality » Consistently in-tune with latest trends in UX, design and fintech The prosperous candidate will be a passionate go-getter who thrives in driving initiatives from 0 to 1. expertise and practice needed : » 5-8 years of practice in designing mobile-located consumer products » practice in transforming customer and business problems into seamless and simple customer practices for mobile » practice in conducting user research/partnering with user researchers, competitor analysis or uscapability tests, and utilizing metrics to optimize designs » practice in building and contributing towards a design system » Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma » Excellent written and communication expertise and attention to details with an capability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans As an early team member of this newly formed digital bank, you will be in a unique, once-in-a-lifetime position to drive the product vision through design.
