About the People Partner function: Reporting to the HR Lead located in Singapore, you will be working closely with regional team to drive and implement HR initiatives includes HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development as well as talent management. Key Job responsibilities: » Provide leadership abilities and guidance to the local Human Resources Team in Indonesia » Act as a business partner to local senior leaders on all HR matters and provide solutions to people challenges » Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure fair and consistent practice in conformity with income administration guidelines » Manage and resolve basic employee relations issues. Escalate to more senior PBPs and/or Legal when needed » Maintain expertise of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance » Provide guidance and input on division restructures, workforce planning and succession planning To succeed in the People Partner job, you will need to have solid practice in business partnering within technology start up companies. Key Requirements: » Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other significant fields » Minimum of five to eight years of practice as an HR generalist or HRBP » Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a multinational startup environment » Strong communication expertise in Bahasa and English » capability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy This leading tech start-up company needs no introduction.
