About the CMO function:
As a CMO, you will play a significant function and be responsible for the commercial performance of marketing departments, specifically the performance of "online channels", through the specific results of systematic campaigns and overall measurement.
Key Job responsibilities:
» Work with the regional performance marketing team to align regional and local marketing strategies
» Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends; determine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets
» Evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (display, video, retargeting, in-app marketing, referring partners, social, email, SEM, SEO, etc.) by channel dine-in, takeaway and delivery and determine necessary adjustments to optimise overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend
» Evaluate search marketing and optimising keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
» Work closely with the media agency to achieve objectives
» Plan push notifications, SMS and email marketing calendar and in close cooperation with CRM marketing. Measure results and ROI of these campaigns. Build an email-target database and define opportunities to grow the size of the database
» Work with the brand, product and channel marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels (online, offline, in-store) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages
» Work with the Information technology and tech team on web commerce and app campaign calendars, detailing the timelines of tactical promotions, along with other campaigns
» Optimise the website: define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive search engine optimisation
To succeed in this CMO function, you must have at least five years of practice within e-commerce functions and be ready to step up.
» Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial practice) with five years in e-commerce retail practice, either on media agency or client side
» Detailed knowledge/knowledge of organic search (required), paid search (required), sales conversion (required), promotions, loyalty programmes, etc.
» Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Search Ads, etc.
» Highly creative with practice in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
» Good knowledge of mobile attribution tools and its customisation possibilities (custom dashboards, API modification, etc.)
» Understand the basic of mobile app fraud methods and its monitoring tools (e.g. Appsflyer Protect 360 or Adjust avoidance Suite)
» Good knowledge of MMP, Google Analytics, AppAnnie, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, etc.
» Strong analytical expertise and data-driven thinking
» Highly motivated, open-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment
» Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
» Used to working with huge amount of data and able to execute spreadsheets-located formula to translate campaign data to actionable insights
» practice handling programmatic ad buying (e.g DV360, The Trade Desk), ad server, verification tools is a plus
