About the Head of Business Development function:
As the Head of Business Development, you will play a key function in developing the business across Indonesia. You will be reporting directly to the founder.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Meet and build relationships with prospective commercial partners to grow sales
   » Develop and execute an effective business development growth strategy (measured by sales growth with existing principal and through the acquisition of new principal)
   » Present marketing solutions to prospective principals and manage corrective action
   » Act as the ambassador/face of the company
   » Develop robust new business pipelines to retain and optimise existing client base also maintain a database of prospects and customers that fit within the existing principal
   » Develop annual promotional partnership with third party services to drive sales growth
   » Incorporate any insights into future strategic planning for the loyalty programmes prosperous candidate will have a minimum of five years of sales/partnership practice within the local financial services ecosystem
To succeed in this function, the candidate must have broad practice and a strong network within the local financial services ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
   » Preferably coming from reputable investment advisory companies combined with solid practice in a startup environment
   » Exceptional in strategic thinking, analytic process, commercial acumen, key account management, business development, presentation and negotiation expertise
   » Strong business sense and have good knowledge of the markets, customers, and competitors
   » Strong leadership abilities traits and interpersonal expertise, practiced in managing a big team, and strong in people development
